许昌陶瓷职业学院2025年对口招生章程
第一章 总则
深入贯彻党的二十届三中全会和全国教育大会精神，落实《河南省人民政府关于印发河南省深化普通高等学校考试招生综合改革实施方案的通知》要求，着力构建应用技术技能人才成长“立交桥”，拓宽中职学生升学渠道，根据教育部和河南省教育厅有关文件精神，特制定本章程。本章程适用于许昌陶瓷职业学院高职 (专科) 对口招生工作，贯彻公开、公平、公正的原则，全面考核、择优录取。许昌陶瓷职业学院招生工作接受纪检监察部门、考生、新闻 媒体和社会各界的监督。
第二章 学校概况

第二条 办学类型：民办全日制普通高等职业学校

第六条 办学地点：河南省许昌市建安区永宁街002号
第七条 学历证书发放：学生修完教学计划规定的课程，成绩合格，颁发教育部统一印制的许昌陶瓷职业学院普通全日制专科毕业证书。
第三章 组织机构
第八条 我校成立招生工作领导小组，全面负责招生工作。领导小组办公室设在招生办，下设考务、录取、纪检监察、后勤保障安全等工作组，分工负责招生日常工作。
第四章 录取规则
第九条 我校对口招生录取工作在省考试院统一组织下进行，全部进行网上录取。
录取规则按照当年考试成绩，分专业类别，考生志愿按照省划定的最低控制线从高分到低分依次进行投档，均实行平行志愿投档，投档规则为“分数优先，遵循志愿，一轮投档"，择优录取确定录取专业。
第十条 对口专科批次凡进档考生，总成绩相同的情况下，中职类专业依次按语文·英语 (合卷) 、数学成绩排序；教育类专业依次按语文 (幼师语文) 、数学 (幼师数学) 成绩排序。
第十一条 对口招生政策性照顾办法，参照普通高校招生统一考试的有关政策执行。
第十二条 为保证招生工作的顺利进行，切实做到公正、公平、择优，学校成立了招生工作监察领导小组，对录取工作进行全程监督。
第十三条 学校招生办公室将及时在学校网站上公布录取结果，并寄发录取通知书。
第五章 招生专业

2025年份对口招生专业计划以省教育考试院公布数据为准。
第六章 其他
第十五条 新生本人持录取通知书、身份证、准考证，按高校规定的时间到校报到、办理入学手续，经注册取得普通高等学校学生学籍，新生入学后，与统一高考同一专业录取的学生享受同等待遇，其学费、住宿费以及学生资助等执行同样的标准。
第十六条 新生入校后，按有关规定进行入学资格审查，凡不符合报考条件者，取消入学资格；在校学业期满，成绩合格毕业时颁发经教育部网上电子注册的“许昌陶瓷职业学院”普通全日制专科毕业证书。
第十七条 根据学生填写的河南省家庭经济困难学生认定申请表，到校报到完毕之后，学校将提供完善的学生资助体系，包括国家奖学金 ( 10000元/ 生·年) ，国家励志奖学金 (6000元/生·年) ，国家助学金 (平均3700元/生 ·年) ，退役士兵全部享受国家助学金 (3700元/生·年) 及校内奖学金等各种资助项目，同时为家庭困难的新生开辟“绿色通道”，提供国家助学贷款最高( 20000元/生·年) 、勤工助学、减免学费等资助项目。在校学生综合奖学金分为三等 ( 1000元、800元、500元/生·年) ，使学生在参与社会实践的同时得到资助。
第十八条 收费标准：按照河南省教育厅、财政厅、物价局规定的收费标准进行收费，被录取的考生学费为：文史类10600元/生·年，理工类11900 元/生·年，艺术类11900元/生·年，住宿费：1200元/生·年 (带独立卫生间、空调) 。教材费：教材费为代收费，每生每学年500元/生·年，在学年结束时，按实际发生的费用据实结算，多退少补。
第十九条 我校没有委托任何中介机构或个人进行招生录取工作，对以我校名义进行非法招生等活动的中介机构或个人，我校将依法追究其责任。望考生和家长不要轻信任何中介机构或个人的非法招生诈骗行为。
第二十条 本章程以国家法律法规、规章和上级有关政策为依据。学校以往有关招生工作的要求、规定如与本章程相冲突，以本章程为准，本章程若有与国家有关政策不一致之处，以国家和上级有关政策为准。本章程的解释权归学校招生办公室。
